Where we are

In 2024, together with the Nordic monopolies, we developed a method for reporting climate data. The method was jointly signed off and published in March 2025. It is based on current global climate protocols and agreed standards and has been tested on a smaller scale with voluntary suppliers, growers, and producers. By encouraging more organizations that require climate data to use the same methodology, we aim to keep additional reporting to a minimum for suppliers, producers, and growers.

Starting in May 2025, we will conduct the next pilot phase to test our new reporting tool for our 100 top-selling products across all categories and segments. Immediately after testing, we will begin collecting climate data for our 900 highest-volume products across all categories and segments.

By 2026, we will have a clearer picture of our actual climate footprint and how we can reduce our impact together. At that point, our goal is to share information about our climate footprint based on the climate footprint of the products.
